Wonder Logistics is a B2B fleet and logistics management platform designed for transporters, consigners, consignees, fleet operators, and drivers. It is accessible via web browsers and mobile devices, and provides features including Real-Time Fleet Tracking, Electronic Proof of Delivery (EPOD), and Goods Consignment Note management.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account & Authentication Data

• Username and password (submitted at login; passwords are never stored on-device)
• Authentication is handled via OAuth 2.0
• User role and organisation/transporter association

2.2 Location Data

• Real-time location coordinates of vehicles for fleet tracking purposes
• Route history and trip timestamps used for delivery verification and EPOD
• Location data is transmitted to our secure backend server and is used solely for fleet management operations

2.3 Operational & Logistics Data

• Vehicle details (registration numbers, vehicle type)
• Delivery records, consignment numbers, and shipment status
• Electronic Proof of Delivery (EPOD) data, including delivery confirmations
• Goods Consignment Note records

2.4 Device & Technical Data

• Device type and operating system version (for app compatibility)
• Network connection status
• App crash reports and error logs (for debugging purposes)

2.5 Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal financial information (credit cards, bank accounts)
• We do not collect contacts, photos, or media from your device

4. Location Data & Background Access

The App uses device location to support real-time fleet tracking. Location access may be required while the App is in use (foreground). Location data is:

• Accessible only to authorised fleet operators and administrators within your organisation
• Not shared with any third-party advertising or analytics platforms

Map rendering is powered by a third-party mapping service provider. This provider may process map tile requests and anonymised usage data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• Within your organisation: Operational data (fleet status, delivery records) is visible to authorised users within your company account.
• Service providers: We use third-party APIs and services to power core features of the App, including map rendering, location services, and logistics operations. No personal user data is shared with these providers beyond what is technically required to deliver each service.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy commitments.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data:
